The Best Man
This classic political drama will give you a leg up or maybe a pause before you vote. Although set in the 1960's, you will recognize the tried and true mudslinging and name-calling utilized in the average American political campaign. The characters are a young pup senator and an older more experienced politician.
Throw in a good-ole-boy soon-to-be ex-president, two "proper" wives and a busybody know-it-all woman with clout and you will see how little or how much American politics has changed.

Ravenscroft
Patrick Roarke is dead. He fell down the main staircase of an old English country estate...or, was he pushed? Inspector Ruffing must disentangle the ever-changing, contradictory versions of the five quirky and mysterious women who are the remaining inhabitants of the manor. As he searches for the truth, the women remain on the fringe...hidden in the shadows of his consciousness.
However, the women are not the only ones with dark secrets and truths to be revealed.

The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society's
When you delve into performing live theatre, as the ladies of The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society will attest, things can go wrong. However, the show must go on as everyone knows...and it does...whether or not it should is another question. However, the ladies have spent nine months rehearsing and hope to take their production of MacBeth to the national final. Luckily (or not), a well-respected adjudicator is present who will judge their performance worthy. Sets facing the wrong way, actresses who don't show up, props, costumes...
if it can go awry...well, hilarity and mayhem ensue.
