“This has been a very busy year for me so far. Summer led me to
Playmaker’s Theatre where I performed in You Can’t Get There From
Here. Then I proceeded to end my employment of 13 years and enroll
in a medical assisting class. Now, I am memorizing body parts,
memorizing lines and memorizing a new job that I’ve taken on. So, if,
in the middle of this play you hear me say, ”my endoplasmic reticulum
lost its’ ribosomes and I think the rat must have eaten them, but I can
still schedule your chiropractic adjustment a week from Tuesday”, you
know it has all finally caught up with me. Seriously, this play has
been a wonderful stress release for me, and playing Shirley has been a
hoot! So I want to give the entire cast and crew a big Thanks, and
Steve, I hope I didn’t make you squirm too much behind that Bar!” |
